MEET THE PARTNER
Mr Welile Nsibande
Employment Law · Debt Collection & Recovery
Mr Welile Nsibande heads the Employment Law and Debt Collection and Recovery portfolio. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of Eswatini.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Eswatini and a certificate of attendance in Human Resource Management from the same institution. He has also attended short courses in litigation techniques and the fundamental principles of debt collection.
His legal practice experience spans courts throughout the country, gained through work with two reputable law firms, one in Mbabane and the other in Manzini.
He also has corporate experience, having worked as a junior legal and compliance officer for an insurance company. His responsibilities included corporate affairs, board meetings in the capacity of acting company secretary, and serving as secretary to the Death Claims Committee – Investment, among other duties.

Ms Sinakekelwe Mhlanga

Ms Sinakekelwe Mhlanga heads the Criminal Law and Criminal Law Litigation portfolio. She is an admitted attorney of the High Court of Eswatini and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Eswatini.
She practised law with a reputable law firm in Mbabane, where she gained experience in criminal law.
Her professional experience includes instituting and defending legal actions, drafting pleadings, attending CMAC hearings, appearing in courts throughout the country, and chairing disciplinary hearings in various forums.
Her practice experience includes criminal law, civil law and family law, among other areas. She also brings corporate experience from having worked as a Human Resource Officer.

Mr Siphiwo W. Sibandze

Mr Siphiwo W. Sibandze heads the Constitutional and Public Law and Civil Litigation portfolio. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of Eswatini.
He has undertaken Master of Laws (LL.M) coursework at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. He holds a Diploma in Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Eswatini.
His other qualifications include a Diploma in Business Management and Administration from Birch Copper Institute, a Certificate in Compliance Management from the University of Cape Town in South Africa, a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of Eswatini, and a certificate of attendance in Transitional Justice awarded at an African Union seminar held in Kenya in 2021.
He has approximately nine years and eight months of experience in the civil aviation industry. He has also practised law with a reputable law firm in Manzini and gained banking-sector experience in a legal department working within the Collection and Recoveries portfolio.
